Shipping policy

You'll receive your tracking code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Your package will be delivered through your local postal service. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours and typically take between 5 and 8 days business days to arrive.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We store our products in the US, Spain and Asia. If a particular location is out of stock, we’ll ship your order from one of our other warehouses to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Important:

Hairebel is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by the destination country. We recommend all customers check the customs, taxes, or import duties applicable in their country before making a purchase to avoid any surprises.

What if my package hasn't arrived on time?

In exceptional cases such as customs delays or issues with the shipping carrier, if your package hasn’t arrived within 2 extra business days after the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@hairebel.com so we can assist you.

What if I entered the wrong address?

To avoid any delays, please make sure to enter your shipping details correctly at checkout.

If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us right away before your package is dispatched, and we’ll correct it.

Please note that some carriers do not deliver to PO BOXES. Be sure to provide a valid delivery address (home, office) to ensure your package arrives safely.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries if the buyer has provided an incorrect address or a PO BOX as the shipping destination.
