I just purchased and want to exchange the product. What should I do?
We do everything in our power to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exchange after a period of 3 hours has passed.
To make an exchange, please contact us at info@hairebel.com within 3 hours, specifying the new length, color, or product.
I just purchased and want to cancel my order. What should I do?
To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hairebel.com within 3 hours.
If your package has not yet been shipped, you will receive an automatic refund. If the 3 hours have passed and your package has already been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Can I exchange my purchase or request a refund?
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, or once the product has been used, worn, or altered. However, we do offer exchanges so you can choose the correct length, color, or product, provided the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Promotional gift items cannot be exchanged and must be included in any exchange shipments.

Contact us before sending any exchange.
Please email us at info@hairebel.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will not accept exchange requests that have not been previously approved.
Keep the products in their original packaging.
Important: Include a note inside the package with your name and order number.

Important: Our warehouses in the United States and Europe are not equipped to handle exchanges. If you send merchandise to these locations, it will be returned to the sender.
Use a shipping method with tracking, so you can confirm delivery and we can ensure your exchange is processed.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
To request an exchange, you must first ship the original item to the address above. Once you have your tracking number, email info@hairebel.com with your order number and the tracking number to initiate the exchange request.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the products.
You’ll receive an email letting you know whether your exchange request has been approved or denied.
If your exchange is approved, we will send you a new product under the same shipping conditions you previously paid for.
Please Note: Shipping costs and the 'Protect Your Purchase' service are non-refundable.
