All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package in real time.

Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Once a package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipment, contact us at info@hairebel.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

We also offer international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Asia, the European Union, and Latin America.

International Delivery Time

Orders shipped outside the United States generally arrive within 5–12 business days (excluding processing time).

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
