I just purchased and want to exchange the product. What should I do?
We do everything in our power to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exchange after a period of 3 hours has passed.
To make an exchange, please contact us at info@hairebel.com within 3 hours, specifying the new length, color, or product.
I just purchased and want to cancel my order. What should I do?
To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hairebel.com within 3 hours.
If your package has not yet been shipped, you will receive an automatic refund. If the 3 hours have passed and your package has already been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Can I exchange my purchase or request a refund?
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Promotional gift items cannot be exchanged and must be included in any returns.

Contact us before sending any return or exchange.
Please email us at info@hairebel.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will not accept returns or refund requests that have not been previously approved. -
Keep the products in their original packaging.

(Important) Include a note inside the package with your name and order number.

Send the products to our warehouse at:

Zhejiang Province(Important: Our warehouses in the United States and Europe are not equipped to handle exchanges or returns. If you send merchandise to these locations, it will be returned to the sender.)

Use a shipping method with tracking, so you can confirm delivery and we can ensure your return is processed.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. -
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the products.

You’ll receive an email letting you know whether your exchange or refund has been approved or denied.
- If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
- If your exchange is approved, we will send you a new product under the same shipping conditions you previously paid for.
Please Note: Shipping costs and the 'Protect Your Purchase' service are non-refundable.
What happens if the refund hasn’t appeared in my account?
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. It usually takes 3 business days (maximum) for the money to appear in your account, but for a few banking institutions, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to be officially processed.
